Sylvia Fowles was automatic in their win over Tulsa. She didn’t miss too often. If she missed the shot and she was fouled, she made the points on the line. If she missed the shot, she was getting the rebound and putting it back, or dishing it out for another possession. She was great in this game, from beginning to end. She also was a force on the rebounding end. She is a massive rebounder in the WNBA and for her team. She did a lot of her work on the defensive end, but she still did her part on the offensive end. She was great in this game. She scored 21 points and rebounded 13 balls racking up another double double.
Epiphany Prince was the one that made sure Syl got the ball dishing 6 assists. She laid back on scoring because she say Sylvia had the hot hand. She did her fair share scoring 12 to help her team though. She passed and scored but she also had some rebounds to add to her stats. She was aware on the defensive end grabbing 4 boards. She also gave her team 5 more possessions by racking up 5 steals.
Different people on Tulsa’s team have came up big in different games, but they never arrive at the same time at the same game. This week, Tiffany Jackson was the Top Player scoring 7 points and grabbing 11 rebounds. Last game, it might have been Liz Cambage or Andrea Riley or another player. Tulsa can’t seem to have everyone do great in the same game. Tulsa needs to get it together.
